to the Crown
I created B Fit The Miss America Way based on the training structure I follow while preparing for Miss Arizona. From October through June, my own preparation is rooted in consistency, discipline, and balance, and I wanted to create a program that mirrors that approach for anyone pursuing their own goals.
This initiative is built on the belief that everyone is training for something meaningful. It is our fitness journey to the crown, whatever your crown may be, and it is designed to support strength, confidence, and growth far beyond the gym.


How the Program Works
Each month, I release a new workout drop with a unique theme and new exercises to keep training fun, engaging, and motivating. Workouts are designed for all fitness levels, require no equipment to begin, and include opportunities to advance as strength and confidence grow.
Monthly workouts are shared on my Instagram and Facebook, with guided workout videos available on my YouTube channel, making it easy to follow along wherever you are.
This program is about progress, purpose, and confidence that carries into every part of life.
